Reiki and Energy Work could be intimidating and hard to understand. Our Reiki Master/Teacher, Mike will demystify them for you. He will help you find the best ways to incorporate them into your daily life to bring you a piece of mind and guide you through your spiritual journey of self discovery, acceptance and love.  

Mike has been sharing his gifts as a Reiki Master, spiritual teacher and energy practitioner for 15 years. 

If you are working with our mental health counselors, his work could compliment your work through mindfulness, mind/body awareness, grounding techniques and more.

Reiki can help your pet experience calmness and deep relaxation. If your pet is not feeling well, Reiki may be a good addition to the traditional treatment as a complementary therapy to promote healing.
