I enjoy working with both individuals and couples to address a range of challenges. Many of my clients seek help with managing depression, anxiety, irritability, and anger, while others come to me for support with ADHD symptoms or relational issues. If you're dealing with relationship issues, remember that experiencing highs and lows is normal. However, if the negative exchanges become too frequent or intense, it’s natural to feel hopeless or overwhelmed. You don’t have to face these challenges alone! I provide a safe space to explore your feelings, improve communication, and reignite passion through increased awareness. Let’s work together to create the fulfilling life and relationship you’ve always wanted. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, hiking, playing video games, traveling, and dancing. I’m a happy dog parent to two wonderful dogs who love joining me on hikes. I’m also in a fulfilling long-term relationship. I strive to live life to the fullest and am here to help you do the same!

Clarity makes life a bit simpler! Everyone deserves to heal and thrive. I take a holistic approach and focus on treatment of the whole person. That is, I consider social and mental factors, rather than just the symptoms. My goal is to help you shine in life and find meaning and purpose with a newfound calling. I am an avid hiker, camper, and kayaker and believes self-care in nature rejuvenates the mind, body, and soul. In addition, to this self-care regiment I believes in self forgiveness and self-love. “In order for me to love anyone or forgive anyone I have to first love myself unconditionally and be able to forgive myself.” I have a wide range of clinical experience at various settings including residential, community mental health and private practice. I enjoy working with older children (14+), adults, and families.

Kelsey brings her friendliness and love to our practice. She enjoys helping our clients and our providers alike. When she is not taking care of everyone at our practice, she is busy loving her children. If you are lucky, you may hear her small children in the background while on the phone with her. We love the fact that she is an amazing mother to her children while being our backbone!
