All ages including small children and their caregivers
Alexandra Trusty, LPC, NCC, CCTP
I believe that we all have the capacity for healing within ourselves. I specialize in working with children and families. My goal is to instill hope and healing for clients presenting with concerns related to post-traumatic stress, attachment, anxiety, grief/loss, depression, disruptive behaviors, social skills, parenting, and/or relational distress. I use a client centered, trauma-specific, holistic, and developmental approach to psychotherapy. I utilize therapeutic techniques such as EMDR, child-parent psychotherapy, TFCBT, sand-tray, play therapy, expressive arts, and mindfulness. I am a certified PCIT international therapist and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I am a compassionate, easy-going, intuitive, and heart-centered therapist, mother, and friend. My goal is to inspire and empower you while creating a safe space for you on your healing journey. Hope to hear from you soon.
Adults and Children 14+
Michael Israel, LMSW
Clarity makes life a bit simpler! Everyone deserves to heal and thrive. I take a holistic approach and focus on treatment of the whole person. That is, I consider social and mental factors, rather than just the symptoms. My goal is to help you shine in life and find meaning and purpose with a newfound calling. I am an avid hiker, camper, and kayaker and believes self-care in nature rejuvenates the mind, body, and soul. In addition, to this self-care regiment I believes in self forgiveness and self-love. “In order for me to love anyone or forgive anyone I have to first love myself unconditionally and be able to forgive myself.” I have a wide range of clinical experience at various settings including residential, community mental health and private practice. I enjoy working with older children (14+), adults, and families.

Michiko Pepple, LPC, NCC, CCTP
Like you, I am not just a counselor, I wear many hats in life. I am a mother, wife, sister, friend, animal lover, cancer survivor, entrepreneur, and business leader, with first-hand experience in immigration, interracial marriage, and the loss of a parent, to name a few. I enjoy gardening, hiking, photography, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and love good food and drink. I appreciate the simple things in life and am gifted with the ability to find the strength and potential in others. I believe a great therapeutic relationship between counselor and client is vital to any successful transformation process. I hope you will find my brief introduction helpful and I am looking forward to helping you in your transformation journey.
Office Support Specialist
Kelsey Williams, MSW
Kelsey brings her friendliness and love to our practice. She enjoys helping our clients and our providers alike. When she is not taking care of everyone at our practice, she is busy loving her children. If you are lucky, you may hear her small children in the background while on the phone with her. We love the fact that she is an amazing mother to her children while being our backbone!
