I believe that everyone is on their own unique journey, so I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to meet your needs such as, CBT, DBT, EMDR, TF-ACT, SFBT and Person-centered therapy. I believe that challenges are opportunities for growth and self-discovery. My clinical experience includes facilitating group therapy as well as individual therapy. I have experience working in residential settings as well as outpatient settings with adults, children, individuals, couples and groups. I enjoy working with all populations. I enjoy spending time with my family and watching sports. I enjoy traveling and spending time with my dogs.

Like you, I am not just a counselor, I wear many hats in life. I am a mother, wife, sister, friend, animal lover, cancer survivor, entrepreneur, and business leader, with first-hand experience in immigration, interracial marriage, and the loss of a parent, to name a few. I enjoy gardening, hiking, photography, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and love good food and drink. I appreciate the simple things in life and am gifted with the ability to find the strength and potential in others. Kelsey brings her friendliness and love to our practice. She enjoys helping our clients and our providers alike. When she is not taking care of everyone at our practice, she is busy loving her children. If you are lucky, you may hear her small children in the background while on the phone with her. We love the fact that she is an amazing mother to her children while being our backbone!
