Private-Pay Rates
Our rates reflect the specialized expertise we provide:

Initial Intake Session (50–60 min): $190

Follow-Up Session with LPC (50 min): $170
-
Follow-Up Session with LAC (50 min): $150
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To ensure fair access to care and respect for your therapist’s schedule:

24 hours’ advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

Late cancellations or missed sessions incur a $150 fee.

This fee is not a charge for the therapy session itself. It covers the time reserved, administrative work, and missed opportunity for other clients.

Fees are charged to the card on file and cannot be billed to insurance.
By scheduling, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Treatment can be fully customized by incorporating the most suitable approaches/modalities for your unique needs.
Insurance Options
While we are primarily a private-pay practice, some providers are in-network with select commercial insurance plans (i.e. Aetna) to increase accessibility. Participation varies by provider.
Our office can inform you which providers are contracted with specific insurance plans; however, clients are responsible for verifying their own benefits, coverage, and eligibility directly with their insurance company.
We do not participate in Medicaid or Medicare plans.

Please note: Our 24-hour cancellation and no-show policy and fee ($150) applies to all appointments, including those billed through insurance. Late cancellation fees cannot be billed to insurance and are the client’s responsibility.
