Cancellation Policy

Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if you would like to reschedule or need to cancel a session. Failure to provide at least 24 hours advance notice or missing a session will result in a late-cancellation fee ($150 for an intake and $140 for all follow-up appointments), which will be charged on your credit card automatically.
Appointments can be cancelled directly in the client portal, by emailing our team at contact@laveencounseling.com, or by calling/texting 602-899-2534.

Private Pay Discount

We offer discounted fees for private pay

All fees are due at the time of service.

Initial Appointment: $150

Alexandra and Michiko offers a superbill (a special receipt for insurance reimbursement).

We do not file claim for out of network plans.

If you plan to file a claim with a insurance which they do not accept, please let us know when you make your initial appointment.
